The current official page describes a large event venue. Photographs and past festivals do not establish an event today; use a date announced by the venue or organizer.
Check the organizer and ticket channel
Follow the official event announcement to its ticket seller. Verify name, date, age and seat or standing category, and retain the order plus change and refund conditions.
Specify the event entrance
An event may use queues or vehicle arrangements different from ordinary hotel arrivals. Ask about the admission entrance, doors, bag rules and accessibility before traveling.
Confirm post-event food and transport
A shared finishing time can complicate pickups. Agree on a meeting point and contact method, and independently check whether any planned restaurant is still taking food orders.
